Wow... When I picked Rock up from the Atlanta airport, that's all I could say.  There is a lotta dog here, in more ways than one.  The word to describe him is "substance".  With amazing bone, and a super head, he has angles to spare.  At 5 1/2 months, he was 55 lbs.  Now at 10 months he's tickling 80. His mother was described by my friend Ottmar as a sportscar, and Rock himself a "Gangster" :)  I definitely saw some Alpha tendencies towards the other dogs when he first arrived, but some good German bitches took care of that in short order.  I've found him to be a quick learner and very affectionate.  When I first introduced him to the water he was a little hesitant to get his feet off the bottom.  But with a little extra work, I now can't keep him out.  He will free swim all day if I let him.  He's showing serious prey drive and real desire to work.  I've always be able to get away with 400 series crates for my dogs.  Not anymore.
